To All of the Members of CART Alumni:
We, the Organizing Committee, regret to inform you, the Members, that the Reunion scheduled for the upcoming dates of October 18 – 19th, 2024, has been postponed for this calendar year. This decision comes after careful thought and deliberation by the committee, and due to circumstances that are beyond our control.
As a result of this postponement:
All monies sent to us by members will be returned as soon as possible, in the form of a refund check or a voided check that you have sent to us.
Hotel cancellations may be handled by calling the facility, the national reservation line, or online.
We will also be informing all of our Sponsors, and refunding those that have forwarded monies to us.
We apologize for any confusion that this may cause.

To All CART Alumni Members:
As you already know, the 2024 Reunion has been postponed for at least the remainder of the year. We know there is a lot of speculation on the reason for this postponement. Quite simply, we had a problem with the response and the head count of participants. Hence, it was not deemed prudent by the planning committee to move ahead with that size of a group.
At this time, we are in the process of sending refunds to all that had registered, as well as the sponsors who had sent in funds for the event.
We, as members of the board, will move forward in the coming months to consider an event with the current format or examine alternative suggestions.
